Today, John and I caught up with Linda and the amazing team at Grampian Opportunities.

We were given a guided tour and detailed explanation of the great work they do.

No matter what you or someone you know may be struggling with, money, benefits, food, clothing or a shoulder to lean on, Grampian Opportunities are there to help, provide advice and reassurance.

We were really impressed with what we saw but also humbled.

Please, if you are local, pop in to see them yourself, don’t waste food, books, toys or many other items that you may be clearing out.

Donating a tin of soup, a loaf of bread or a bag of tatties could make a HUGE difference to someone in need.
